    Once your payment has been confirmed, we will begin preparing your order immediately. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.     2. Shipping & Delivery Time

    After your order has been dispatched, please allow 7–20 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier services, customs procedures or unforeseen events beyond our control.

    Please note that this is the shipping timeframe after dispatch, not from the moment you place your order.

    3. Shipping Fees

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. The total will depend on your destination. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of returns.

    4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other fees may apply. These are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted at checkout.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking availability depends on your shipping location and courier service.

    6. Delivery Issues

    If a package is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

    7. Safety & Handling

    We take great care to package your items securely and prevent damage during shipping. However, once the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the courier to ensure it reaches you safely.
